Love this product, my only feedback is that it would be great if the ProTreat 100 Sachet Value pack had an option of coming in a cardboard box. It comes in a large plastic pail, which could easily be reused if there was a refill option without all of the plastic.

Works well, great fragrance, the cleaner is also fantastic on all wet surfaces. I do find that after emptying the cassette the first time I then need to add a pro treat capsule each day after whilst in use.
After thoroughly cleaning the cassette as directed there is no odour at all. With the previous chemicals we used there was always a slight odour when the cleaned cassette dried out.

Been using ProTreat for 2 years now and have not had any problems using it. No smells inside the van. Usually well decomposed, so easy to empty the cassette. Cassette has had no problems with any of the functioning components. So Very Happy.

i have been using your product for about 14 months now and love it i have just purchased the bucket of 100 satchels great value but i have come across one small problem the round bucket does not fit well in the caravan square cupboards and is to wide for the opening i have solved the problem by putting them into a cereal from spot light Decor Tellfresh Cereal Server Clear 5 L problem solved thought this could be handy for fellow travellers regards Steve

As long time caravanners we have tried various products in the porta loo and have found these to be by far the best. Basically NO SMELL which is the most important but they are also environmentally friendly. We have recommended your product to all our friends.
