Thought we would try it. Love the convenience but initially did not always add no 2. And didn’t think it was great for the odour. Had to add 2 one rainy night and voila odour improved. Then read directions on newer pack and product working well. Will stick with it.

I was introduced to this product at a national caravan rally in South Australia, I purchased my starter kit and have never looked back. The sachets are so easy to use, leave a pleasant smell but not overpowering. I like to empty my cassette every two days whether full or not, this keeps the caravan odour free and a pleasant way to spend our retirement.

I stumbled upon the ProTreat product a few years ago, maybe on a Facebook post so thought I would give it a go. Particularly as it’s a locally made product. I have used this product for 2 years and its just so good and works. I ran out and used a different product a few months and was so disappointed with results. This works so well would recommend it to all. We use our toilet 24 hrs a day as my sister has cancer and do not trust amenities with covid or other germs that can make her sick. So our toilet is important that it smells great dissolves paper and easy to clean. I love this product and would not use anything else.

I was disappointed in this last packet of sachets rec'd. I have loved this product but this time when I opened our first packet of sachets, there is blue powder all over them like one or more of them have burst or leaked. My hands get covered. I have never had this before. Disappointed. Have you changed the quality of the sachet covers? Are the sachets going to work as effectively? Not real happy.

We changed to the Pro Treat refills last year and haven't been disappointed. No smell and the sachet breaks down the contents of our toilet cassette well. I also use the 4-in-1 spray for both the caravan toilet and the bathrooms in our home. Smells nice and cleans well.

I have been using the usual bottle of blue chemical and it is good but your product beats it hands down, no odour and very easy to use, just drop it in and away you go.
No need to carefully measure as it is pre packaged to the right dose
